How will I receive my products?

We send all of product via either Royal Mail or courier. Orders will be sent out in a jiffy up until a certain size. Over 5kg of caffeine powder or 10,000 caffeine tablets the order will be sent out in a brown cardboard barrel and sent via courier mainly.

I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

My package has not arrived. Could it be stuck in customs?

If your package has not arrived in the usually time frame that we outline here and you are a customer from outside the UK, then it may be stuck in customs. If this is the case we can often do very little from the UK. The best thing to do is to contact customs yourself. If you need the details of the customs in your country, please contact us at

What is the shelf life of these products?

The vast majority of our products will last around 36 months. Please check the details on the packaging.

When will my order be delivered?

This depends on where you are ordering from and which option you went for. Please go to our "Shipping Options" page to work out when yours will arrive. Equally feel free to email us with your order number and we will try and work it out for you.

Why did all of my orders get combined?

We aim to combine the orders wherever we can for two reasons. Firstly it saves postage course which we then pass on to you. We charge you per order for packaging not per product. Secondly we try to save packaging in order to be as green as possible. If we can send less packaging with each order this will add up over a long period of time to a substantial amount.

You have sent me the wrong product!

If this has happened to you, firstly we would like to apologise. If you have been sent the wrong item we will do our best to get this sorted as soon as possible. The best way to get this sorted is to follow these steps:

  • Please check the details of your order.
  • If this is definitely the wrong order than please take a photo and send to .
  • Please ensure that the package is not opened.
Although extremely rare, we do occasionally make mistakes. If we have made a genuine mistake we will try and rectify it for you as quickly as possible.
